Decimal Basic – Portable Basic Programming
Decimal BASIC is a portable application that can be used as a full developmental programming environment for the BASIC programming language. Decimal BASIC comes with a built-in editor and debugger and utilizes a majority of the core and graphics module of the international standard (ISO Full BASIC) which works on Microsoft Windows95, 98, Me, NT4.0, 2000, XP and Vista.
